yP™ Story

yP™ was born out of my father’s and my shared enthusiasm for the transfer of reliable findings from medical and behavioral research. Our aim is to combine these findings with people’s individual goals. In over 20 years, we have created a movement that sustainably strengthens people and companies and brings them into action.

The yP™ - Founder

Florian Wolf is CEO and co-founder of yP™. Florian is a family man, married and father of 2 daughters, a passionate surfer and triathlete. His main focus is to merge the change of neurobiological balance and the impact on behavior to effectively support change and self-efficacy in people. His integral and highly individualized approach, based on neurobiology, supports social skills, mindfulness as an inner attitude, the development of the “I” and the integration of new lifestyle options into everyday life. Florian Wolf has given several hundred lectures, workshops and coaching sessions in German and English. More than 20 years of experience in scientific work and practical implementation in corporate programs and coaching have furthered the understanding of how to bring clients into “doing”. Florian works on an international level in various projects for larger multinational companies and also on an individual level with individuals.

Prof. Alfred Wolf is the Head of Scientific Board and Co-Founder of yP™. He is married and has 3 sons. He is passionate about his family, nature and sport. How we work

We develop algorithms from science and hard data
For many years, we have been linking hard bio-psycho-social data, reliable scientific findings from various fields of medicine, neuroscience and psychology with people’s inner intentions. The resulting algorithms all pursue the goal of improving your health and well-being in a very realistic and sustainable way. Our strategic approach also focuses on specific illnesses such as chronic fatigue (including long Covid), auto-immune diseases, burnout, mental illnesses (depression, anxiety disorders, panic attacks) and the prevention of dementia and cardiovascular diseases.

We use bio-psycho-social profiling
With the help of our bio-psycho-social profiling, we open up a holistic perspective to objectively assess and manage the effects of stress. Our well-founded approach is based on a close link between scientifically proven findings from various fields such as neuroscience, psychology and mindfulness research and people’s individual inner intentions. By identifying the current state (State: How am I feeling right now?) as well as the individual characteristics and traits (Trait: Who am I? What makes me special?), we are able to mitigate the consequences of stress in a timely manner and eliminate long-term causes in the long term. This holistic approach enables us not only to treat stress superficially and symptomatically, but also to recognize and tackle the underlying causes.

For many years, yp™ has relied on hard, scientific data to gain a deeper understanding of the causes of impaired wellbeing and energy loss. This holistic approach is rooted in the pioneering research and deep scientific understanding of Alfred Wolf, a passionate physician and scientist driven by an inexhaustible curiosity and passion for research.

yP™ has transformed this wealth of data into comprehensive strategies to apply in a variety of settings, whether in medical environments, corporate projects or in the care of individuals. This cumulative experience has led to the development of the IST™, arguably the most comprehensive and objective test for measuring the impact of stress and providing solutions.

The yP™ mission is to support people in mastering their individual challenges and leading a fulfilled and healthy life. By combining in-depth expertise, evidence-based data and an empathetic approach, yP™ creates a solid foundation for sustainable change and personal growth.
